Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of the “£75K Call of the Giants” promotion (the “Promotion”) for www.888ladies.com (“Website”). The Promotion is organized and offered to you by 888 UK Limited (“Company”, “us” or “we” or “our”) which is the operator of the Website, in cooperation with Pragmatic Play™ (“Pragmatic Play™”). Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.

General

• The Promotion shall commence on 22nd February 2019 at 09.00 (GMT) and shall conclude on 3rd March 2019 at 22.59 GMT (the “Promotion Period”).
• Participation in the Promotion is only available to registered players who: (i) maintain an account with the Website; (ii) based in the United Kingdom as established by their IP addresses without using a proxy; and (iii) have deposited real money into their account with the Website prior or during the Promotion Period.
• No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Website under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
• None of our officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents or any other company within our group of companies or our suppliers, vendors or white label partners are permitted to participate in the Promotion, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose ‘relative’ means any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.

The Promotion
This Promotion consists of the following:
(I) Tournament

• Under the terms of this Promotion, every time an eligible player places a minimum betting amount of 50p (real money funds) on any one of the Games (as defined below) (“Qualifying Bet”), they will be qualified to have their spin win added to the tournament leaderboard. The 1,000 players with the highest single spin win Score (as defined below) at the end of the Promotion Period, will win a prize based on their rank in the tournament leaderboard, as follows (“Prize(s)”):

  Score shall be calculated by multiplying 1000 by a fraction, the numerator of which is the amount of the spin win, and the denominator of which is the amount of the Qualifying Bet placed for making such spin.
  BY way of illustration:

  The Score of player 1 who places a Qualifying Bet in the amount of £1 and wins £50 will be £50,000 => [(£50/£1)_ * 1000]
  The Score of player 2 who places a Qualifying Bet in the amount of £100 and wins £200 will be £2,000 => [(£200/£100)_ * 1000]

• The leader-board is built in the Games and updates in real time.
• In the event of two or more players finishing the tournament on the same leader-board position, the one who scores first will get the higher prize.

(II) Prize Drop

• Under the terms of this Promotion, each eligible player who during the Promotion Period makes a Qualifying Deposit between 5pm-11pm (GMT), shall be additionally entitled to participate at a prize drop whereby a total daily of up to £2,500 in cash prizes will be given out during the aforementioned period (the specific total amount per day will vary) (“Prize Drop”). in addition to the forgoing requirements, in order to qualify for the Prize Drop, players must opt in daily whilst in one of the Games as further detailed in General above.
• Qualifying games for the Tournament & Prize Drop: Wolf Gold™, Hot Safari™, Mustang Gold, Safari King and Great Rhino (each a “Game” and collectively the “Games”).
• Winners of the Prize Drop will receive their cash prize within 72 hours of the prize being dropped. Tournament winners will be informed via inbox message on 4th March and will receive their cash prizes within 48 hours of being informed.

Terms relating to Prizes

• The Las Vegas & Grand Canyon Experience Prize includes: Upgraded return flights for two from Europe to Las Vegas, Private return airport transfers, €500 spending money, 5 nights’ accommodation at the 5* Bellagio, Las Vegas (or similar), Breakfast each morning, Return transfers from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon Ranch, 1 nights’ accommodation in a cowboy cabin, Horse & Wagon ride through the Joshua Tree forest, 20-minute scenic helicopter flight over the Canyon, one of the natural wonders of the world, An evening of Old West stories and cowboy songs around the campfire, Western style meals, A pair of cowboy boots each in room on arrival, Branded cowboy hat in room on arrival & Comprehensive travel insurance.
• Cash equivalent for the Las Vegas & Grand Canyon Experience Prize (£10,000) is available should the winner prefer. In the event that the Las Vegas & Grand Canyon Experience Prize should not for any reason be available for delivery to the winner (or if the winner prefers the cash equivalent), then a cash equivalent of the total value of the Prize (£10,000) minus the 7% agency fee shall be awarded in place of the Prize.
• An agency (Black Tomato) will contact the winner and arrange the fulfillment of the Las Vegas & Grand Canyon Experience Prize.
• The winner of the Las Vegas & Grand Canyon Experience Prize is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the Las Vegas & Grand Canyon Experience Prize and paying any expenses associated therewith which are not specifically provided for in the terms of this Promotion.
• Company is not responsible in any manner for, any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the Las Vegas & Grand Canyon Experience Prize, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the Las Vegas & Grand Canyon Experience Prize, including, without limitation, its quality, condition, or fitness for a purpose. The winner of the Las Vegas & Grand Canyon Experience Prize hereby agrees to release the Company and its respective parent companies and affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims in connection with the Promotion and the award or use of the Las Vegas & Grand Canyon Experience Prize.

Additional General Terms

• Wagering order: when playing a game, real money funds will always be used before games bonus funds.
• Cash prizes do not have any wagering requirements.
• By entering this Promotion, a player hereby agrees that the Company and/or Pragmatic Play™ may publish his/her first name and the first initial of their surname, and the amount he/she has won.

• Each of Company and\or Pragmatic Play™ may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, including without limitation, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances.
