- This is an ongoing promotion, currently without an end date. We will provide reasonable notice of when the promotion is to come to an end. - Promotion if valid for funded players only.
- The Cashback claim is calculated as 3% of all real money losses. Real money losses are; all real money bets minus real money wins on a certain day.
- In order to qualify to receive the Cashback claim the player must sustain a total of at least £5 in real money losses.
- The maximum cashback claim granted to a player in relation to any Determination Period shall be capped as follows:
(i) Funded players – all statuses (excl. Diamond & Black Diamond) – up to £50 cash back.
(ii) Diamond & Black Diamond up to £100 cash back.
- The Promotion runs every day. The time frame that determines the amount of the cashback is from 00:00 until 23:59 of the previous day. Meaning the cashback can be claimed the following day of sustaining real money losses. (the “Determination Period“).
- Players that are eligible to receive daily cash back must claim the cashback from “My Zone” within 24 hours of being granted. Meaning, until 23:59 the next day.
- If a player does not claim his/her cashback claim during the Determination Period immediately following the Determination Period in which the relevant cashback claim was generated, he/she will lose the cashback claim bonus generated.
- The cashback claim will be granted in real money funds.
- Your deposit balance (defined as Transaction Balance under our Withdrawal Policy) is available for withdrawal at any time. General withdrawal terms apply. For further info see our Withdrawal Policy.
- Please Note: Real money funds will always be used before bonus funds.
- The Company may alter these terms and conditions, including without limitation where required for security reasons, as a result of exceptional circumstances beyond the Company’s control or as a result of changes to applicable law or regulation. If, after you have entered and before your participation in the Promotion has concluded, the Company makes any material changes to these terms and conditions, it will give you reasonable notice of the changes.
