Results just out have shown that 42% of British people consider taking a holiday every year as an essential part of their overall mental well being. And a whopping 17% said that they 'live for' their next holiday.
We could have probably told you that for free - after all, the post-holiday blues are proof alone of how great it is to get away! However, the survey by financial company Cater Allen also interestingly revealed that most of us spend around £1,650 per year on holidays - one in five of us have such a great time that we book our next one as soon as we return.
We're all for having something to look forward to, but that sounds a bit like wishing your life away!
