Deposit Limits

Prior to a first withdrawal, a deposit of at least £30 must be made and played with at least once prior to withdrawal.

How do I withdraw my winnings?

To withdraw funds from your Bingo account, please log in to Bingo using your username and password, and then follow the steps below:

  • Click on the ‘Go to Cashier’ or ‘Banking’ button.
  • Once you are in the Cashier, click on the ‘Withdraw’ button.
  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  • Withdrawals will be refunded via certain payment methods, as explained in the Withdrawal Policy
  • Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  • If you want to withdraw using a wire transfer, please click ‘Set wire details’ and enter the requested information before making a withdrawal request.
  • You may now check your withdrawal history, by clicking on ‘Transactions History’.

Withdrawals requested by the same method within 24 hours may be combined in one payment.

How long does it take to receive my winnings?

Withdrawal requests are processed 48 hours from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your withdrawal request by clicking the ‘Reverse Withdrawal’ button in the Cashier and returning the funds to your Bingo account. This will allow you to play again without making a new deposit to your Bingo account.
After 48 hours the status of your withdrawal request will change to ‘Completed’ and you will no longer be able to cancel it.

Can I reverse my withdrawal after requesting it?

Withdrawal requests may be cancelled and returned to your Bingo account during 48 hours following your withdrawal request. After this time your withdrawal will be ‘Completed’ and may no longer be reversed.

To reverse a requested withdrawal, log in to your Bingo account using your username and password. Once on ‘My account’ page or in the Bingo lobby, select ‘Banking’ or ‘Go to Cashier’ accordingly. In the Cashier, click ‘Reverse’. You will see a list of withdrawal requests being processed, that may be reversed. Select any uncompleted withdrawal requests, and then click ‘Submit’. The withdrawal request will be cancelled. The withdrawal funds will be immediately returned to your Bingo account.

Your withdrawal history can be viewed from the ‘My Account’ page, accessible from the homepage when you are logged in. Here you will find a complete list of all your withdrawal requests, both those that have been completed, as well as those that you have cancelled.

What is Brigend Ltd's Withdrawal Policy?

As part of our commitment to providing a truly superior service, Brigend Ltd makes every effort to ensure that your withdrawal request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The Withdrawal Policy dictates that members may be required to verify their identity before a withdrawal can be made from their account. This validation process prevents potential online fraud.

Main Verification Documents

  1. Photographic ID: A copy of a current photographic ID may be required for a withdrawal request on your account. This photographic ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Drivers License or National ID card. Please ensure that your name, photograph and signature are visible on the document.
  2. Credit cards: A copy of the front and back of the credit card used to fund your account will also be required. Should you chose to fund your account using multiple credit and/or debit cards, you may be asked to supply copies of more than one card. You may block the middle eight numbers and the
    3-digit security code at the back of the card copy.
  3. Proof of address: In some cases you may be required to provide documentation which validates your home address. This may be in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement.

Notarized documentation may also be requested depending on the amount of your withdrawal request. (Done by a Notary, this is to certify something such as a signature on a legal document as authentic or legitimate by affixing a notary's stamp and signature.)

Note: In some cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked for a combination of the aforementioned documents, or additional documents not included in the list above. These documents may be requested at any point of your Bingo membership.

The following is an explanation of how the withdrawal process works based on the Withdrawal Policy:

The method(s) by which we pay your withdrawal is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) by which you have submitted your deposit(s) in the past, and the amounts of those deposit(s).

When you request a withdrawal, where possible, your withdrawal will be paid automatically by the same payment method(s) you use to deposit to your Bingo account.
For example:

If you have used your credit/debit card to deposit with, the funds will be paid back to that card unless it is a MasterCard, Paysafecard card or an invalid card. We cannot pay back to MasterCard or to Paysafecard cards.

If you have used a variety of credit cards the card with the highest exposure will be credited back to first.

If the credit/debit card is invalid and there is no other valid credit/ debit cards, the funds will be sent to you automatically by cheque. If only a MasterCard/Paysafecard account/wire deposit was used to make a deposit, withdrawal can be made either by wire transfer or cheque.

If you should use a credit card, debit card or Neteller to deposit in to your account, the withdrawals are refunded in order of the following priority:
Credit card
Solo/Switch/Maestro card
Neteller account

**Visa Credit/Debit Card Withdrawal: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa credit/debit cards, Brigend Ltd is not permitted to pay  withdrawals to Visa credit/debit cards issued in specific countries (please see drop-down list below to view these countries). Furthermore, due to regulations imposed by some issuers of Visa credit/debit cards in countries not included in the drop-down list (non-listed countries), Brigend  Ltd is not permitted to pay withdrawals to certain Visa credit/debit cards. Therefore, members who have deposited to their Bingo accounts via these particular Visa credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals via wire transfer or cheque.

Please see drop-down list below, specifying the countries where certain Visa credit/debit card issuers do not permit withdrawals to be paid to Visa credit/debit cards:

**MasterCard/Eurocard Credit/Debit Card Withdrawals:
Due to regulations imposed by issuers of MasterCard/Eurocard credit/debit cards, Brigend Ltd is not permitted to pay withdrawals to MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards. Therefore, members who have deposited to their Bingo accounts via MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals either via wire or cheque if no Visa or debit card has been used to deposit with.


Please note the following important withdrawal information (pertinent to credit card and non-credit card users):

Withdrawals requested within the same 24 hour period as the deposit, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.

In most cases, payment credits will be posted as separate transactions, and will not cancel charges resulting from your deposit(s) to your Brigend Ltd account.

If you have not actively used your chosen payment method to deposit to your account for more than 12 months, this withdrawal option may no longer be available.

If your withdrawal request is less than the minimum Withdrawal Request Amount, the funds will be returned to your account:

Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your withdrawal request, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous deposits to your Bingo account.

Note: Please notify us immediately should your credit/debit card(s) be lost, stolen or cancelled or should your E-wallet status change, so we may investigate their status and confirm that payments can/cannot be received.

The Brigend Ltd Security Policy dictates that members are required to verify their identity during the course of their membership with Brigend Ltd; this validation process is to ensure that both the client and the company are protected from online fraud. Please note that verifying your identity will allow for future withdrawal requests from your Brigend Ltd account to be processed without hindrance.

Why do I need to send in my documents?

In order to protect both ourselves and our members from fraudulent use of a person's identity and/or funds, we sometimes ask for members to verify their identities and/or ownership of any credit/debit cards that they have used as a method of depositing into their accounts. In addition we will also request documents to ensure that withdrawals reach the right person, or when a member wishes to raise their withdrawal limits.

When do I need to send in my documents?

This is done in order to prove either a member's identity or their ownership of any credit/debit cards they may have used as a deposit method. In addition we will also request documents to ensure that withdrawals reach the right person, or when a member wishes to raise their withdrawal limits.

I am afraid of identity theft so how can you ensure security of my documents if I send them to you?

In order to make the sending of the documents more secure we recommend that you send them in separate emails and with regards to credit cards, send copies of the front and back separately. Also the CVV number of the back of the card and the middle eight digits on the front of the card should be blanked out. All documents received by us are received and stored in such a way as to not be viewable by staff other than specifically authorized personnel.
