Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of the "888ladies Xmas Prize Promotion" (the "Promotion").

The Promotion is organized by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Promoter"). Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

• Participation in the Promotion is available only to persons who are over the age of 18 at the commencement of the Promotion Period, as defined below. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter or a third party with satisfactory proof of age and/or identity.
• Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter, as well as any individuals or entities affiliated or related to the Promoter are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
• In the event that the Promoter deems that a participant has executed any act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such participant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win any prizes in this Promotion (the "Prizes").
• The Promotion shall commence on December 1, 2010 and conclude on December 25, 2010 (the "Promotion Period"). For the purpose of this Promotion, every date and time will be according to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
• In order to participate in the Promotion you must have a valid user account with the Promoter at www.888ladies.com (the "Site"). If, during the Promotion Period, or at any time before a winner receives a Prize, the participant's or winner's account with the Promoter at the Site is closed, blocked, or self-excluded from promotional offers, the participant or winner will not be eligible for any Prizes.
• The entrant must complete purchasing the designated cards (at a cost ranging between 0.25 and 0.50 each) in a given day during the Promotion Period to participate in the Daily Prize Contest held that day prior to the commencement of the game determining the winner of that day's Daily Prize Contest.
• The entrant must purchase at least three (3) designated cards (at a cost of 1 each) during the Promotion Period to participate in the Big Prize Contest, provided that the purchase of all the designated cards was completed prior to the commencement of the game determining the winner of the Big Prize Contest.
• The Gold Ladies' Christmas games will be played each Tuesday at 8.30pm during the Promotion Period. Only entrants who are eligible to participate in the Gold Ladies Prize Contest shall take part. The entrant must purchase at least three (3) designated cards (at a cost of 0.50 each) during the Promotion Period to participate in the Gold Ladies Contest held that Tuesday, provided that the purchase of all the designated cards was completed prior to the commencement of the game determining the winner of that day's Gold Ladies Prize Contest.
• Each day during the Promotion Period, at 20:30, a bingo game will be held on the Site, in which only entrants who are eligible to participate in that day's Daily Prize Contest shall take part. The winner of the Daily Prize Contest will be eligible, subject to these terms and conditions, for the applicable Daily Prize.
• On the 24th of December 2010, at 20:30 PM, a bingo game will be held on the Site, in which only entrants who are eligible to participate in the Big Prize Contest shall participate. The prize to be distributed in the Big Prize Contest is a 5,000 shopping spree vouchers. The winner of the Big Prize Contest will be eligible, subject to these terms and conditions, for the Big Prize.
• If there is more than one winner of any of the Daily Prize Contest, Gold Ladies Prize Contest or of the Big Prize Contest, then each of the winners will receive, instead of the Prize, a monetary Prize credited to their account with the Promoter at the Site (the "Partial Monetary Prize"). The Partial Monetary Prize will be equal to the value of the Daily Prize, Gold Ladies Prize or the Big Prize won (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion according to the cost of that Prize to the Promoter), divided by the number of winners of that Prize.
• Any winner will be notified by the Promoter re his \ her winning, and the number of winners of the Daily Prize, Gold Ladies Prize or the Big Prize. The winner will have to confirm his \ her contact telephone number and residential address (the "Address") where the Daily Prize, Gold Ladies Prize or the Big Prize may be delivered (the "Confirmation"). The Confirmation has to be delivered by e-mail to Raffleclaim@888ladies.com within 7 days of the winner being notified by the Promoter. Failure to deliver a Confirmation within 7 days will constitute forfeiture by the winner of his \ her Daily Prize or Big Prize, and a waiver of any claim against the Promoter in this respect. In such case, the Promoter is under no obligation to distribute the Prize in question to any entrant or winner, and will make use of that Prize at its sole discretion.
• The Daily Prize, Gold Ladies Prize and the Big Prize will be delivered only to winners who provide an Address in the UK. Should the Address notified be outside the UK, then a monetary Prize will be credited to the winner's account with the Promoter at the Site (the "Monetary Prize"). Subject to Article 10, the Monetary Prize will be equal to the value of the Daily Prize or the Big Prize won (as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion according to the cost of the Prize to the Promoter).
• The Daily Prize, Gold Ladies Prize and the Big Prize will be delivered to the Addresses notified by the winners at the Promoter's expense; the Daily Prizes and Gold Ladies Prizes will be delivered within 30 days from the day on which the Promoter receives the winner's Confirmation, and the Big Prize will be delivered within 45 days from the day on which the Promoter receives the winner's Confirmation.
• The winner of the Big Prize Contest will win vouchers valued at 5000. The winner can choose to receive the vouchers to either a 'House of Fraser' or 'Debenhams' department store. The winner must select only one of the above mentioned department stores. These vouchers are subject to availability. Should more than one player win a gift voucher game, the value of the voucher will be split equally amongst the winning cards. Voucher winners outside the UK will receive the monetary value of the voucher.
• The winner of the Gold Ladies Christmas Prize Contest will be eligible, subject to these terms and conditions, for the applicable Gold Ladies Christmas Prizes. All prizes are subject to availability. The winner of the 1000 European Holiday will liaise with Initial Rewards to organise the holiday. Winners are responsible for taking out their own travel insurance and seeking medical advice prior to the trip. The winner and guest must have a full valid passport for at least 6 months at the time of travel. It is the winner and guest's responsibility to organise any necessary visas. The holiday cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, or Public holidays. Personal expenses are not included. The winner's choice is subject to availability and the supplier (Initial Rewards) together with 888ladies cannot commit to a specific airport. Prizes are non transferable, non refundable and no cash alternative is available. Concepts detailed are the property of Element London Ltd. Any images are for illustration purposes only. Unless stated the prize is not run in conjunction with any of the suppliers detailed. Winners of both the 3D TV and European Holiday who are outside the UK will receive the monetary value of the respective prizes. The winner of the 100,000 Loyalty Points will be automatically accredited with the Loyalty points at the first working day at the start of each month beginning on January 2011.
• The Promoter shall be purchasing the Daily Prizes, Gold Ladies Prizes and the Big Prize from a third party vendor and is therefore not responsible for the quality and condition of these Prizes and\or their delivery dates to the winners, and you expressly waive any claims against the Promoter in this regard. Notwithstanding, the manufacturers of the Daily Prizes, Gold Ladies Prizes and the Big Prize will provide a warranty for the Daily Prizes, Gold Ladies Prizes and the Big Prize (respectively); the Promoter is not party to any such warranty, and will not be responsible for the nature, content, use or implementation of such a warranty, and the manufacturer(s) will be solely responsible for it.
• The winner will have to supply the Promoter a photograph of his or herself with the Daily Prize, Gold Ladies Prize and\or the Big Prize, within 14 days of the delivery of the Prize, and must agree to be interviewed (including being taped) on behalf of the Promoter in connection with their winning; the winners hereby agree to allow the Promoter to use (include broadcast) the interview for any marketing and/or promotional purposes. Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be your agreement for the Promoter to use your name, details, likeness, image or any other information for marketing and promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment and you hereby grant the Promoter with the right to do so.
• By entering the Promotion you grant the Promoter the right to provide your personal details to the third party vendor in order to have any Prize delivered to you.
• The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prizes and shall not be subject to review or appeal by you or any third party.
• Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to constitute your agreement to the Promoter's use of your name, likeness and/or image for marketing and promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment and you hereby grant the Promoter the right to do so.
• The Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money or money's worth except by the Promoter, according to Articles 10 and 12, and at its sole discretion.
• The mention of or reference to producer, manufacturer or vendor within this Promotion does not express or imply any association with or endorsement by such producer, manufacturer or vendor of 888ladies' and the Promoter's products or services and no association or endorsement is intended or should be inferred.
• By participating in the Promotion you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the Prizes.
• The Promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
• The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion at its sole discretion.
• The winners of the Prizes shall be solely responsible for paying any relevant taxes (including, but not limited to, customs and VAT) levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prizes.
• The winners' names may be disclosed by the Promoter at its sole discretion to any third party.
• These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London.
