The following are the terms and conditions of the "Golden Ticket Promotion" (the "Promotion") which has a £5,000,000 maximum jackpot prize and a minimum of £50,000 guaranteed jackpot (the “Final Jackpot Prize”). The Promotion is organized by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Promoter").Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Participation in the Promotion is available only to persons who are over the age of 18 at the commencement of the Promotion Period, as defined below. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter or a third party with satisfactory proof of age and/or identity. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age and/or identity shall disqualify you from participation in the Promotion and/or winning the Final Jackpot Prize.
2. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter, as well as any individuals or entities affiliated or related to the Promoter or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the management of (i) the Final Jackpot Game (as defined below), (ii) its computer systems or (iii) the security systems employed therein,  are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. The Promoter will not in any event pay such a person the Final Jackpot Prize, even if he or she enters the Promotion in spite of this provision.
3. In the event that the Promoter deems that a participant has executed any act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such participant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win the Final Jackpot Prize.
4. The Golden Ticket Promotion shall commence on January 4, 2010 and conclude on February 10, 2010 (the "Promotion Period"). For the purpose of this Promotion, every date and time will be according to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
5. On  February 17, 2010, at 9:30pm, (date subject to change)  a “Sliding Jackpot” bingo game (the "Final Jackpot Game") will be held on the website located at www.888ladies.com (the "Site"), in which only entrants who are eligible to participate in the Promotion shall participate. The Final Jackpot Prize to be distributed in the “Final Jackpot Game” is a guaranteed jackpot of £50,000 up to £5,000,000. The winner(s) of the Final Jackpot Game will be eligible, subject to these terms and conditions, for the Final Jackpot Prize.
6. The Sliding Jackpot refers to a bingo game with a jackpot that decreases with every call after 24 calls have been made. There is always a minimum amount guaranteed. The Final Jackpot Game has a guaranteed jackpot of £50,000. The maximum amount that can be won is £5,000,000. The jackpot will ‘slide’ down by £1,000,000 with every call after 24, by £100,000 with every call after 29, by £50,000 with every call after 36 and by £5,000 with every call after 40 calls until reaching the fixed, guaranteed £50,000.
7. In order to participate in the Promotion you must have a valid user account with the Promoter at the Site. If, during the Promotion Period, or at any time before a winner receives a Golden Ticket or the Final Jackpot Prize, such  participant's or winner's account with the Promoter at the Site is closed, blocked, or self-excluded from promotional offers, the participant or winner will not be eligible for the Final Jackpot Prize.
8. Only Golden Ticket holders who have met all criteria can participate in the Final Jackpot Game.
9. 30 Golden Tickets will be available to win daily. There are five separate routes for the entrant to win a Golden Ticket. These routes are as follows:
   1. First Time Depositor – Following their initial deposit at the Site, a new player will be entered into a raffle held on the day of deposit. Ten players will be drawn in the raffle and these ten players will receive a Golden Ticket each.
   2. £50 wagered on Instant Games – All players who have wagered £50 or more will be entered into a raffle on the same day. Five players will be drawn in the raffle and these five players will receive a Golden Ticket each.
   3. Free bingo –Both funded and non-funded players are eligible to participate in five free scheduled, 75 ball bingo games daily.    5. VIP (Gold 888ladies) 90 ball game – VIP players only are eligible for this route. Players must bingo in the 90 ball Champagne Time room to receive a Golden Ticket. This bingo room is accessible via the Site's game application. The 90 ball bingo room will be open for ongoing bingo games otherwise. The golden game is scheduled five times per day for the Promotion). This game is a scheduled game which will run during the opening times of the Champagne Time room. The price for the game is 5p per card, a maximum of 24 cards per player. The jackpot prize for this game is £50. Players will have up to five minutes to acquire cards for the game. The player who bingos on a “full house” (three lines) in this special golden game will receive a Golden Ticket and will have qualified to participate in the Final Jackpot Game. In the event of more than one winner, the Promoter will hold on the Site a raffle amongst the winners. Five Golden Tickets will be available via this route daily
10. A total of approximately 5000 Golden Tickets will be distributed for the Final Jackpot Game.
11. A player can win up to 4 Golden Tickets to the Final Jackpot Game. Should a Golden Ticket holder win less than 4 Golden Tickets, they will have the option to purchase their maximum number of tickets, up to 4 inside the Final Jackpot Game “room.
12. Golden Tickets will be awarded during the Promotion Period or until up to 1200 Golden Ticket holders have been reached. This figure is flexible at the Promotor’s sole discretion.
13. This  Promotion is open to both funded and non-funded players. The Final Jackpot Game is open to funded players only. Non-funded players must make at least one deposit with the Promoter by the end of the Promotion (February 10, 2010 inclusive) in order to partake in the Final Jackpot Game. The Golden Ticket will be deemed invalid if no deposit is made before this time.
14. This Promotion  shall be open only to players who are located in the UK at the time of their participation in the Promotion. The Promoter will not in any event pay the Prize to any person who participates in the Promotion from outside the UK, even if he or she enters the Promotion in spite of this provision.
15. Raffles that fall on Saturday or Sunday of any week, will be held on the subsequent Monday.
16. Any winner of a Golden Ticket will be notified by the Promoter re his \ her winning via email and/or direct mail.
17. The Final Jackpot Game is a single 75 ball bingo game. The game pattern is “Coverall” indicating that the winner shall be the player to cover all numbers within this pattern. The game will be conducted in a special Final Game Jackpot room, the room can be found under its aligning tab in the Site. Access to the room is restricted solely to Golden Ticket holders. Each Golden Ticket will award the player a single bingo card for this game, the card price is 0p. Players who hold more than one Golden Ticket will receive one game card per Golden Ticket up to 4 cards.
18. If there is more than one winner of the Final Jackpot Prize, the jackpot will be split equally amongst the winners.
19. The winner(s) of the Final Jackpot Prize will have to confirm their contact telephone number and residential address (the "Address") where the Final Jackpot Prize may be delivered (the "Confirmation"). The Confirmation has to be delivered by email to Raffleclaim@888ladies.com within 14 days of the winner being notified by the Promoter. Failure to deliver a Confirmation within 14 days will constitute forfeiture by the winner(s) of their Final Jackpot Prize, and a waiver of any claim against the Promoter in this respect. In such case, the Promoter is under no obligation to distribute the Final Jackpot Prize in question to any entrant or winner, and will make use of that Final Jackpot Prize at its sole discretion.
20.  Upon winning the Final Jackpot Prize, the winner's bankroll will not be funded automatically with the Final Jackpot Prize money. The winner will be contacted immediately after winning by a member of the Promoter's support team who will advise the winner on the required procedure for the collection of the Final Jackpot Prize.
21. In order to be eligible to win the Final Jackpot Prize all entrants must register for the Promotion with valid and accurate personal details (full name, address, email and telephone number). Should the Promoter deem in its sole discretion that any of the registered information that an entrant provides to the Promoter is untrue, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise incomplete, such entrant will not be eligible for the Final Jackpot Prize.
22. The winner of the Final Jackpot Prize will be required to submit to the Promoter an official document attesting to his/her personal details which must be consistent with the personal details submitted by the winner upon registration to the Promotion
23. The winner(s) will have to supply the Promoter with a photograph of his or herself, within 14 days of the delivery of the Final Jackpot Prize, and must agree to be interviewed (including being taped) on behalf of the Promoter in connection with their winning; the winners hereby agree to allow the Promoter to use (include broadcast) the interview for any marketing and/or promotional purposes.
24. Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be your agreement for the Promoter to use your name, details, likeness, image or any other information for marketing and promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment and you hereby grant the Promoter with the right to do so.
25. By entering the Promotion you grant the Promoter the right to provide your personal details to the third party vendor in order to have the Final Jackpot Prize delivered to you.
26. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Final Jackpot Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by you or any third party.
27. The Promoter shall have no obligation to pay the Final Jackpot Prize in the event of an erroneous win due to bugs or defects in the Promoter's Final Jackpot Game, as such shall be determined solely by the Promoter and at its absolute discretion.  
28. The  Promoter reserves the right to award the Final Jackpot Prize to the winner(s) in monthly installments over a period  of up to 18 (eighteen) years at the Promoter's sole discretion.
29. The winner(s) shall be solely responsible for paying any relevant taxes levied in relation to the receipt or payment of the Final Jackpot Prize.
30. The Golden Tickets are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money or money's worth except by the Promoter and at its sole discretion.
31. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Final Jackpot Prize, along with our standard "888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement" (the "EULA"). In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the provisions contained in the EULA, the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall prevail. 
32. By participating in the Promotion you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the Final Jackpot Prize.
33. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, modify and update these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
34. The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion at its sole discretion.
35. The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to amend, modify and update any game schedules displayed including the Final Jackpot Game, at its sole discretion.
36. The winner’s names may be disclosed by the Promoter at its sole discretion to any third party.

38. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the  Gibraltar courts.
