1. Open to UK residents only aged 18 or over.
2. Prize draw entry opens at 12.00am GMT on 1st of October 2008.
3. Entry closes at 23.59pm GMT on 30th December 2008.
4. The prize draw will take place on the 5th of January 2009.
5. Entrants who successfully log on deposit and play a minimum of one real money game on 888ladies.com during the promotion dates will be eligible for an entry into the prize draw subject to a limit of one entry into the prize draw each day.
6. Individuals who log in and play any game after the closing date will be able to play 888ladies Bingo but will not be an eligible entry for this prize draw.
7. There will be one winner. The winner will win a total of £10,656 which will be paid into their registered bingo account in 12 installments of £888 at the 5th of every month during 2009.
8. By entering, all eligible entrants agree that the Promoter may, but is not obliged to, photograph and interview the winner before, during and after their win. Or request for them to provide a photograph of themselves, for a follow up feature that may be published on 888ladies.com or other media. All eligible entrants hereby agree to make themselves available for such purposes, and the Promoter has the right to require the winner to sign further documents, including a separate release form to ensure that the Promoter has the right to use their name, details and any resulting photographs and interview comments as set out here.
9. In the event that the promoter is unlawful or contrary to applicable regulations in any player's/member's home jurisdiction then registration with 888.com entry to any prize draw will be void.
10. Entrants account must be open and active on the day of the draw to take part in the draw. In any case of the account being closed by the entrant or the promoter by the time of the draw, the entry will not count for this draw.
11. Entry is limited to one per person. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event they are unable to do so. The promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
12. Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access.
13. By entering the competition, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. The Promoter reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. 14. Unless otherwise specified, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received before the closing date. Winners will be notified within 28 days after the closing date. All reasonable endeavors will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date.
15. Entrants will retain copyright in their submitted entries, however, by entering, all entrants license 888 a worldwide royalty-free perpetual license to edit, publish and use each entry in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
16. The promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
17. Other than death or personal injury arising from the acts or omissions of the promoter or its employees, the promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winners' (or their guests) enjoyment of the prize.
18. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by The promoter.
19. Winners' names may be published on the Website.
20. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
21. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
22. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the receipt of the prize
