• Once notified, winners must accept the prize and confirm their contact telephone number and mailing address by email to promotions@888ladies.com within 48 hours. Failure to do so will mean the prize is forfeited and passed on to the next eligible player.
• If member's account has become inactive by the time the raffle has taken place, another winner will be drawn.
• Any member whose 888ladies account status is closed, blocked, or self-excluded from promotional offers, during or after the promotional period, will not be eligible for the aforementioned prizes.
• Funds won will be credited into the member's bingo account.
