Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of the "Jackpot Fever Promotion" (the "Promotion"). The Promotion is organized by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Promoter"). Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in the Promotion is available only to persons who are over the age of 18 at the commencement of the Promotion Period, as defined below. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter or a third party with satisfactory proof of age and/or identity. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age and/or identity shall disqualify you from participation in the Promotion and/or winning a jackpot prize.
2. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter, as well as any individuals or entities affiliated or related to the Promoter are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. The Promoter will not in any event pay such a person the jackpot prize, even if he or she enters the Promotion in spite of this provision.
3. In the event that the Promoter deems that a participant has executed any act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such participant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win the jackpot prize.
4. The Promotion shall commence on March 24, 2010 and conclude on May 22, 2010 (the "Promotion Period"). For the purpose of this Promotion, every date and time will be according to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
5. All players participating in the jackpots held on the website located at www.888ladies.com (the "Site") during the Promotion Period must be funded players.
6. Should more than one player win the jackpot, the prize money will be split equally amongst the winning cards.
7. In order to participate in the Promotion you must have a valid user account with the Promoter at the Site. If a member's account has been closed, blocked or self excluded from promotional offers, any jackpot wins within this Promotion will be nullified.
8. The winner(s) may have to supply the Promoter with a photograph of his or herself, within 14 days of the delivery of the jackpot prize, and in such event must agree to be interviewed (including being taped) on behalf of the Promoter in connection with their winning; The Promoter reserves the right to publish interviews with winners and their photos within various media outlets.
9. Winners may be contacted for an interview by the Promoter's representative; the winners hereby agree to allow the Promoter to use (include broadcast) the interview for any marketing and/or promotional purposes.
10. Upon winning a jackpot, the winner's bankroll will be funded automatically with the prize money.
11. Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be your agreement for the Promoter to use your name, details, likeness, image or any other information for marketing and promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment and you hereby grant the Promoter with the right to do so.
12. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by you or any third party.
13. The Promoter shall have no obligation to pay the prize in the event of an erroneous win due to bugs or defects in any of the Promoter's jackpot games, as such shall be determined solely by the Promoter and at its absolute discretion. 
14. The winner(s) shall be solely responsible for paying any relevant taxes levied in relation to the receipt or payment of any of the jackpot prizes.
15. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of jackpot prizes, along with our standard "888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement" (the "EULA"). In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the provisions contained in the EULA, the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall prevail. 
16. By participating in the Promotion you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the jackpot prizes.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, modify and update these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
18. The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion at its sole discretion.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to prolong the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
20. The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to amend, modify and update any game schedules displayed, at its sole discretion.
21. The winner’s names may be disclosed by the Promoter at its sole discretion to any third party.
22. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gibraltar courts.

The £888 Jackpot

The £888 is a coverall jackpot meaning that the jackpot decreases with every call after a certain call and eventually stops at the guaranteed jackpot amount. 

The guaranteed amount for the £888 jackpots, Bingo Inferno, is £88.

The table below indicates the amount the jackpot will decrease at each call.

There are eight ways for players to win the £888 coverall jackpot:

Free & Funky – Players can obtain up to one card for free.

Fair Play – All players must hold 6 cards at 25p each, to participate.

Groovy Gold – This route is open to Gold Ladies only. Cards are priced at 25p each.

Disco Coverall – For all funded players.

Max-Out – Cards are priced at 1p each with a maximum purchase amount of 96 cards.

Raffle Razzle – All players who bingo inside the Raffle Razzle room will be entered into a draw to win £200 worth of shopping vouchers. There will be one draw at for all of the winners. The draw will take place on May 10, 2010. If a member's account has been closed or self excluded by the draw date, the account will be excluded from the draw.

Wild Thing – The wild card game will be selected at random every day. Players will be able to see which game will be played immediately after a game has ended and they are able to purchase cards. The above Terms and Conditions will apply to the corresponding game that transpires.

The £25,000 Jackpot

The £25,000 is a coverall jackpot meaning that the jackpot decreases with every call after a certain call and eventually stops at the guaranteed jackpot amount. 

The guaranteed amount for the £25,000 jackpot, Saturday Night Diva, is £888.

The table below indicates the amount the jackpot will decrease at each call.

1TG bingo

Only players who do not win the main bingo jackpot (includes 1 line, 2 lines or a full house in a 90 ball game) will be eligible for 1TG jackpots.


"1TG players" are defined as all players who have "1 to go" on their card at the time when bingo is called.

"1TG players" will win 90% of the jackpot amount and players who “bingo” will win the remaining 10%; such a prize can be any of the following at the Company's sole discretion:

Funds

A specific percentage of the game's jackpot or a fixed amount that is either:

Divided between all "1TG" winners (one win for each "1TG" player, regardless of the number of "1TG" cards that the player holds).

Divided between all "1TG" tickets (one win for each "1TG" card).

For each "1TG" winner - the house will only know the amount of money that is going to be given to players when the game begins.

Funds can be given as real money, bonus money or loyalty points.
