I have caught up at last with kimi06 and carnivalqueen1 who had a professional photo shoot after having a makeover by makeup artists to the stars in London with accommodation and refreshments, courtesy of 888ladies.

This is what they had to say for themselves when interviewed by yours truly, the Agent.

Agent: How did you win the Makeover Competition?

Carnivalqueen1: It was at the bingo game that we had at the amazing party in York. My husband, Len, won and I stole it from him; he didn't even get his hands on it! LOL!

Kimi06: I actually got it by default. I was going down to London with the winner of the competition and my friend, carnivalqueen1 and the car turned up and told us that one of the winners wasn’t coming! The day had all been paid for and they didn't want it to go to waste so they offered to make up me instead; I accepted before they finished the sentence!:)

Carnivalqueen1: My daughter was actually going to come but she couldn’t make it at the last minute so I was very happy that kimi06 could come instead.

Being made up

Agent: What was it like to be made up by a makeup artist to the stars?

Carnivalqueen1: Brilliant – felt just like a queen, they really spoiled us. Pampering us, couldn’t do enough for us. They gave us a lovely brunch and a delicious spread at the end of the day with champagne.

Kimi06: A lovely experience, we got champagne while we were being made up! The makeup artist told me that Beyoncé was in there the week before and we talked about makeup, as you would expect. It was great to know that you are in such capable hands!

Agent: How did you feel afterwards?

Kimi06: Amazing! Did lunch. A car picked us up and took us to the hotel. We then went to a pub around the corner for lunch.

Agent: And after that?

Kimi06: We went to an internet café on Tottenham Court Road and went to play on 888ladies! LOL!

Agent: How was the experience as a whole?

Carnivalqueen1: It was amazing. I just want to thank you for the wonderful prize. It's not something that I have the ability to do for myself and it was a very special experience.

Kimi06: It was everything that I expected and more! We had a lovely, lovely day! Thank you 888ladies! :)
